This is designed to protect clients by limiting exposure to excessive risk. For other assets such as domestic or foreign stocks and bonds, leverage is generally much lower or even non-existent, and trading conditions tend to be more restrictive compared to leveraged derivatives offered by brokers outside Japan. For me, the main takeaway is that Akatsuki does not offer the high, flexible leverage often found at offshore brokers, and there is limited public information about their leverage structure. If high leverage is essential for your trading strategy, Akatsuki’s offering may not be suitable.
