Relying on a proprietary system without the reputational assurance or broader user base feedback makes me cautious, as I can't verify its performance under various market conditions, and any technical issues might not be resolved with the same urgency or transparency as with regulated providers. Ultimately, without clear third-party assessments or regulatory recourse, I approach both their customer support and platform stability with considerable skepticism.
