Since GS CAPITAL is unregulated, I wouldn't consider it completely safe or legit. Without regulatory oversight, I wouldn't feel fully confident that my funds are protected. This doesn't necessarily mean the platform is fraudulent, but it does mean that I have to be more cautious.
