Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Istanbul as planned to inspect the trading company İntegral Yatırım, whose public office address is Maslak Mah. Saat Sk. Spine Tower No:5 Kat:2 34398 Maslak - Sarıyer / İstanbul (Maslak Street, Saat Street, Spine Tower No:5, 2nd Floor, 34398 Maslak - Sarıyer / Istanbul).

After arriving at the target building, Spine Tower, the inspection team captured a full panoramic view of the building from the outside. The building boasts a modern exterior design and a bustling corporate campus and streetscape.

Before entering the building, the inspection team noted the strict security at the entrance. Entry to the lobby required a security check, and a card access system was installed at the lobby entrance, fully demonstrating the high-end building management standards. After the surveyors expressed their intention to visit, they registered and inquired at the lobby front desk. The front desk staff verified through an internal system that İntegral Yatırım was indeed located on the second floor of the building, at the same address. They also clarified that access to the building was by appointment only, and that no floor access or entry to the company premises would be granted without a prior appointment.

Subsequently, the surveyors conducted a thorough inspection of the lobby and exterior of the building and found no company signage or logo identifying İntegral Yatırım. Due to access control restrictions without a reservation, the surveyors were unable to confirm the specific office location on the second floor or enter the company, and were therefore unable to photograph the front desk or its logo. Furthermore, communication with the front desk confirmed that all entities occupying Spine Tower operate in dedicated offices, ruling out the possibility that the brokerage firm was using a shared office.

Thus, the survey confirmed that İntegral Yatırım existed at the listed address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited İntegral Yatırım as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
