Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is an emerging offshore forex trading market that has developed gradually over the past two decades. Relying on Dubai's well-established financial supporting policies and free business environment, it has attracted a large number of international forex brokers to settle in, making it the core hub of forex trading in the Middle East. In order to help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual office conditions of forex brokers in the region, we went to the UAE for an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team traveled to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker BluFX. According to public information, its office address is Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A, Dubai, United Arab Emirates..

A professional and experienced site inspection team, with the mission of strictly vetting for investors, traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to a carefully planned itinerary to conduct an on-site verification of the broker BluFX claimed to be located at the above address.

Upon arriving smoothly at the target area, it was found that the area is a large commercial industrial park located in a relatively suburban area of Dubai, with a large number of buildings distributed throughout the park. The publicly labeled address only vaguely points to Building A of Dubai Silicon Oasis DDP, with no more detailed location guidance, making it impossible to confirm the company's exact location. The park is generally open in layout, but the relevant area corresponding to the address has no identification information related to BluFX. Although we photographed the full view of the building, we found no company signage or information related to BluFX on the exterior of the building.

When attempting to enter the building lobby, security personnel directly stated that people not affiliated with registered enterprises in the park could not enter, and after communication, no entry permission was granted.

Because we could not enter the building, we naturally could not reach the target floor to confirm the specific location. Throughout the process, no company directory board marked with BluFX was found inside the building. Neither the inside nor the outside of the building displayed the company's LOGO. Moreover, there was no condition to inspect the office area signage or security measures. We were completely unable to enter the company, and there was no situation of shared offices.

Throughout the process, we were unable to photograph the front desk or the front desk LOGO, nor could we observe the company's internal environment through the glass door or the front desk area. The internal office area was also completely inaccessible and could not be viewed.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker BluFX does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection personnel went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker BluFX in person. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
