The on-site inspection team successfully arrived at the One by Omniyat building. The location is in Dubai's core commercial area, and the surrounding area is a mature business cluster zone in Dubai. The overall environment is clean and upscale, with a very strong commercial atmosphere.

Throughout the exterior of the building, no company signage or related information bearing the words COPY MENTORS was found.

The on-site inspection team entered the first-floor lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After basic visitor information registration and communication, they successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby area.

Because the office building has extremely strict security and no prior visit appointment had been made with the company, they could not obtain permission to go upstairs, could not reach the target 24th floor, and could not confirm the specific location on the corresponding floor. They could not photograph the reception desk or the LOGO at the reception desk, and the premises are not a shared office.

The overall situation is completely inconsistent with the office address information publicly claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that broker COPY MENTORS does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion
