They conducted an on-site verification of the broker KFK Capital limited, which claims to be located at Sherina Plaza 3, Unit 308, Deira Water Front, Opposite from Gold Souq Metro Station exit 2, Deira, Dubai, UAE.

The team successfully arrived at the target building, Sherina Plaza 3, located in the Deira district of old Dubai, in the Deira Water Front area opposite Exit 2 of the Gold Souq Metro Station. The surrounding area is mainly a mix of old-town commercial and residential properties, with a strong residential atmosphere and no obvious business cluster characteristics.

Throughout the exterior of the building, no company signage or information related to KFK Capital limited was found. It was confirmed that the building is not a commercial office building open for lease, but is in fact an apartment building.

When attempting to enter the building lobby, the team was immediately stopped by security personnel, who stated that the apartment building could not be entered freely by non-residents without permission, and no access to the interior of the building could be obtained.

The team was unable to reach the target 3rd floor, and could not confirm the actual location of the marked Unit 308. Throughout the inspection, no floor directory signage bearing the name of KFK Capital limited was found, and no logo of the broker was present inside or outside the building.

Since access to the building interior was not possible, there was naturally no opportunity to photograph the front desk or its logo. The building is purely an apartment building, not a shared office operation.

Throughout the inspection, there was no opportunity to access the interior space of the unit, making it impossible to observe the so-called internal company environment. This is completely inconsistent with its claimed positioning as a commercial office operation.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker KFK Capital limited does not exist at the publicly stated address above.

Conclusion

Site inspection personnel visited the forex broker KFK Capital limited in the UAE as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, the company name and related information of the broker were completely absent. The address is actually an apartment building rather than a commercial office space, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to verify information from multiple sources before making cautious decisions.
