Conducted an on-site verification of the broker Tcx Finance claiming to be located at Office 101-05, 2 Floor, Algaroud Center, Algaroud, Dubai, UAE.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Algaroud Center building, which is located in the Algaroud area of Dubai. The surrounding environment has no clear corresponding office park signs, and no business traces related to the broker were found in the street environment. No company signs or related information with the words Tcx Finance were found outside the building.

The inspection personnel entered the lobby on the first floor of the building and stated their purpose to the staff. After a brief communication and registration, they obtained permission to enter the public areas of the building.

The inspection personnel carefully checked the floor guide signs in the building lobby. There were no entries related to Tcx Finance in the building's directory, nor did they find the company's LOGO sign inside or outside the building.

The inspection personnel attempted to go to the target area on the 2nd floor to confirm the specific location. They found that the corresponding area on that floor was marked as a shared office service area, and they could not locate an independent office unit clearly belonging to Tcx Finance. Throughout the process, they did not find any obvious office signs of the company, nor could they enter the company's interior or take photos of the reception desk and its LOGO. The premises are not an independent office exclusively for Tcx Finance, and it could not be confirmed whether the broker actually operates here.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Tcx Finance does not exist at the above publicly stated address.

Conclusion

The inspection team went to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Tcx Finance. At the business address it publicly disclosed, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
