The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building, which is located on Wood Street in London, surrounded by a strong commercial atmosphere with frequent pedestrian and vehicle traffic on the street. However, no signage or related information of Millennium company was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector arrived at the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel, but was unable to obtain entry permission. Upon inquiry, it was discovered that there was no registration information for Millennium company within the building.
