Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

The field survey team, as scheduled, visited broker Soyam in Hong Kong. According to public information, its office address is A222, 3rd Floor, Hong Fung Industrial Block 2, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, with a responsible attitude for investors, started the on-site verification of Soyam based on the above address information.

The surveyors visited Hong Fung Industrial Block 2 in Hong Kong, which is quite old and smells strange, with a poor office park and street environment. Outside the building, the surveyors could take a clear panoramic picture, but found no signs of Soyam.

The surveyors smoothly entered the lobby of the building, which was simple and matched the characteristics of old industrial buildings. When checking the directory in the lobby, they didn't find the name of Soyam, hence couldn't get any location guidance.

The surveyors went to the 3rd floor, but couldn't find any information about Soyam or any finance-related companies after careful inspection. They only found churches, pyramid schemes, and other unrelated institutions, and no logo of Soyam was found inside the building. Therefore, the surveyors couldn't confirm its precise location and weren't able to enter the company, let alone take pictures of the reception and its logo. After confirmation, the location is not a shared office, further verifying that Soyam does not actually operate here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker Soyam has no actual place of business.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
