The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building, which is located on a bustling street in central London, surrounded by a vibrant environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. This is a luxurious office building, with a clear panoramic view of the entire structure.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter the lobby. Inside the building, the company's directory board was visible, but due to the inability to photograph the large screen, no photos were taken.

Due to the restriction on going upstairs, we were unable to reach the target floor and thus could not confirm whether there were clear signs or security measures in the office area of BTIG. Because access to the upper floors was denied, the inspection personnel could not enter the interior or take photos of the reception desk and its logo. This office is not a shared workspace.

The internal office environment cannot be observed through the lobby area, but the overall setting aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker BTIG exists at the above address.
