Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker VPFX in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Kensington Gardens, No U1317, Lot 7616, Jalan Jumidar Buyong, 87000 Labuan Federal Territory, Malaysia.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, meticulously planned and traveled to the target area in Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer VPFX claimed to be located at the aforementioned address.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target office building, which is located in a relatively non-central area of Labuan Island. The surrounding environment is decent, but the commercial atmosphere is average. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

However, upon arriving inside the building, the investigators found no signage for VPFX company, nor did they see the company's logo. Since the building staff clearly stated that this company was not present here, the investigators were unable to access the specific floor to confirm the exact location or enter the company's premises. Additionally, this was not a shared office space, so they could not photograph the reception area or its logo.

Through the lobby area, the on-site inspectors were unable to observe the internal environment of the company and other conditions.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer VPFX does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion
