Purpose

Hong Kong, China's foreign exchange market is a regional international forex market that developed in the 1970s. Leveraging a free capital flow mechanism, an internationally aligned financial regulatory system, and the locational advantage of being backed by the mainland and connected to the world, it is an important hub in the global forex trading landscape. The local area gathers a large number of licensed forex dealers and various types claiming to operate, making the market landscape complex. To help investors more comprehensively identify the true operating conditions of forex dealers in the region, the on-site inspection team traveled to Hong Kong, China for a field visit.

The team successfully arrived at Jiayu Commercial Building, which is located in the core block of Mong Kok, with dense surrounding shops and a relatively large flow of people, and a strong overall commercial atmosphere.

After looking around the outside of the building, no company signage or related promotional information bearing the words ADMANT STONE was found.

The team successfully entered the ground-floor lobby of the building, stated their purpose to the security guard, completed visitor registration, and obtained permission to enter the interior of the building.

After arriving on the target 6th floor, the on-site inspectors checked the doorplate information of all offices on the floor, floor by floor and room by room, and throughout the process found no office area of ADMANT STONE, nor did they see any obvious signage of the company. Because no prior appointment had been made with the relevant company, they could not enter the interior of the claimed room 602, and throughout the process no photos of the reception desk or the reception desk LOGO were taken. The premises are also not a shared office.

Looking through the glass door of the corresponding room, the company's internal environment could not be observed. The staff also explicitly stated that there had never been an enterprise named ADMANT STONE operating at this address. The overall situation is completely inconsistent with the broker's claimed business positioning.

Upon arrival, the address was confirmed, but no information about the broker was found. Upon inquiry, the security guard said there was no such company, and it was judged to be false. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker ADMANT STONE does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker ADMANT STONE. At its publicly displayed business address, they were unable to see information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
