According to the regulatory information, the broker Rynki.com has the MM license issued by CySEC and located at Theklas Lysioti, 4 Harmony House, 3rd floor, Office 31, 3030, Limassol.The survey team thus decided to have an on-site visit to this regulatory address for comfirmation.

On-site visit

The survey team followed the address on the regulatory information to the Harmony House, the office building where the broker Rynki.com’s office is located. It is located near the court of Limassol, Cyprus, 200 meters away from the seaside and within a short distance of the most prosperous commercial street. Obviously, the location is considered to be advantageous and convenient. Later, the team came to the mailboxes of building, at where they found one with FxNet’s logo on it, but could not see any logo of Rynki.com.

Arriving at the 3rd floor, the team saw the doorplate and logo of FxNet, but found no logo of Rynki.com. To confirm whether Rynki.com was operated there, the team knocked on the office door and asked the staff for information. In the end, the team learned that Rynki.com and FxNet referred to the same company.

Conclusion

The team’s site visit confirmed the the existing office place of Rynki.com at the regulatory address. However, the office place bears the logo of FxNet, and it is learned that Rynki.com and FxNet refer to the same company. Thorough consideration is suggested for making any choice.
