Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

This issue's field research team traveled to Moscow as planned to visit the brokerage firm Spectrkapital. Publicly available information lists its office address as Tower West, Presnenskaya nab., 12, Moscow, Russia, 123317.

Based on this address, the professional field research team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection of Spectrkapital.

The field research team traveled to the Presnenskaya nab. area of Moscow and arrived at the West Tower. Although the area is designated as a central business district (CBD), the company's campus and streetscape were found to be average, lacking the organized and bustling atmosphere expected of a high-end business district. From the building's exterior, the field research team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building and found no Spectrkapital-related signs, logos, or promotional materials.

The surveyors successfully entered the building lobby, which was decorated to standard office standards. However, after carefully examining the lobby sign, they could not find Spectrkapital's company name, nor was the company's logo visible either inside or outside the building.

Although they were able to enter the lobby, the sign contained no relevant information, preventing them from determining the company's specific floor and office location, and consequently, from entering the alleged company. Without the company's physical location, they were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo. The location was confirmed to be not a shared office, ruling out the possibility of the company operating as a shared workstation.

After questioning building staff, the surveyors confirmed that Spectrkapital did not exist in the building, further confirming the falsehood of the company's claimed address.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the brokerage firm Spectrkapital did not have a physical business location.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
