Process

This time, the team traveled to the UAE as planned for an on-site visit to forex broker TRADELANDFX. According to public information, its office address is Marina Plaza - Al Marsa Street Marina Plaza, Level 33 - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

A professional and experienced visiting team, with a mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, traveled to the United Arab Emirates following a carefully devised plan to conduct an on-site verification of the broker TRADELANDFX, which claims to be located at Marina Plaza - Al Marsa Street Marina Plaza, Level 33 - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

The visiting team successfully arrived at the Marina Plaza building. This location is situated in the core commercial area of Dubai, right next to a large shopping center, with a prosperous surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. We took complete panoramic shots of the building, but found no company signage or promotional information related to TRADELANDFX on the exterior of the building.

The visiting team entered the first-floor lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After simple information registration and communication, they were granted access to the lobby. However, there was no complete corporate directory on the first floor, so it was impossible to find any record of TRADELANDFX's occupancy from the publicly displayed information on the first floor.

Due to the building's strict security rules, the visiting team could not reach the target 33rd floor or confirm whether TRADELANDFX's corresponding office was located on that floor. Throughout the entire visit, no obvious signage or related indicators for TRADELANDFX's office area were found. They were unable to photograph the company's front desk or its LOGO, and it was also confirmed that no shared office location of this broker exists here.

Because of strict security control, the visiting team was completely unable to enter the company's premises, nor could they observe details such as the internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities, making it impossible to verify whether the claimed office location is true.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it is confirmed that the broker TRADELANDFX does not exist at the address publicly marked above.

Conclusion

The visiting personnel went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker TRADELANDFX. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the company name or other information of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors should make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
