Reasons for Field Survey

To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This time, the survey team visited Krungthai as planned. Its publicly listed office address is 8th, 15th-17th Floor, Liberty Square Bldg., 287 Silom Road, Bangrak, Bangkok, Thailand 10500.

The surveyors traveled to Silom Road in Bangrak, Bangkok (a central and bustling location) and successfully arrived at Liberty Square Bldg., a luxurious office building, where they photographed a panoramic view of the building. While there was no Krungthai sign on the exterior, a lobby sign clearly indicated the company and the corresponding floor.

The surveyors were allowed into the lobby and proceeded to their target floor. Signs pointing to the elevators at each floor confirmed the office location. They photographed the reception desk with its logo. Inside, they observed clearly divided office areas and a clean, bustling environment. This address is a dedicated office space (not shared) and is suitable for large financial institutions.

On-site staff explained that Krungthai is one of Thailand's largest banking institutions, further confirming its legitimacy.

Thus, the on-site inspection confirmed that Krungthai actually exists at the stated address, which is identical to the address on the inspection form.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited Krungthai as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
