Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker NORVATIX in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is "Suites 3202 - 4, Level 32/F ICBC Tower 3 Garden Road Central, Hong Kong".

A professional and experienced site visit team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China according to a well-planned schedule. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted a physical visit to the broker NORVATIX.

The site visit personnel went to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Tower located at 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong, based on the address information, to conduct a physical verification of the broker NORVATIX claiming to be located at this address.

The site visit personnel successfully arrived at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Tower. This location is situated in the core area of Central, Hong Kong, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for NORVATIX was found outside the building.

The site visit personnel entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After brief communication, permission to enter the building was obtained.

Inside the building, no company directory listing for NORVATIX was found, nor was the broker's logo seen. Due to inability to obtain access to the target floor, level 32, the site visit personnel could not reach the specific floor and confirm the exact location, and naturally could not enter the company's interior. Also, they were unable to photograph NORVATIX's reception area. This office space was not a shared office.

The site visit personnel found no information about this broker. Inquiry with the reception indicated there was no such company, leading to the judgment that it is false. Through the lobby area, as they could not enter the company's interior, they could not observe the internal office environment. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker NORVATIX does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see information such as the company name of this broker, indicating that this broker does not have a genuine business premises.
