As scheduled, this issue involves an on-site visit to the UK to inspect the forex broker Helio. Public information indicates its office address is Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

A professional and experienced team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, traveled to the United Kingdom according to a well-planned schedule to conduct an on-site verification of the broker Helio, which claims to be located at Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

Successfully arrived at Kemp House. The location is on a relatively bustling street in central London, with a strong commercial atmosphere in the surrounding area. However, no signage or any relevant information for the company Helio was found on the exterior of the building.

After entering the building lobby, we stated our purpose to the staff and successfully obtained permission to enter. However, upon entering the building, we discovered that the directory inside the building indicated this was an eye hospital, with no information about the company Helio.

Due to the lack of any directional signage for the company within the building, we were unable to reach the target floor to confirm the specific location, and thus could not enter the company's premises. Additionally, this location is not a shared office space.

From the lobby area, it was impossible to observe the company's internal environment, as we could not enter the so-called company area at all. The overall situation does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Helio does not exist at the aforementioned address.
