The investigation team has received calls from investors asking for more disclosure of traders whose real office addresses are not in accordance with regulatory information. Given the feedback from the investors and investigation plan,The investigation team planned to pay a field visit to VTGFX Cyprus in this session.

According to the regulatory information, the surveyors came to 56, Theodorou Potamianou Str. The words “APHRODITE COMPLEX” are impressive.

The surveyors came to the office building and didn’t find any LOGO of VTGFX on the signpost near the elevator. As is indicated by the signpost, TTCM is the only forex company in the office building. In order to confirm whether the regulatory address of VTGFX is true or not, the surveyors consulted the staff member of TTCM and were informed that there is no VTGFX in the office building.

Conclusion

The site investigation by the investigation staff confirmed that the real address of the Cyprus licensed company is inconsistent with that stated in the license. The company has a STP license issued by CySEC.
