After reaching the target floor 16, the site visit personnel found that the office area of PLOTIO had clear signage. However, due to strict security, they were unable to enter the interior. Nevertheless, they were able to take photos of the reception desk and the logo at the reception, and the office was not a shared office.

Through the glass door, although unable to observe the interior environment in detail due to not being allowed inside, the overall atmosphere gave the impression that this is a real company conducting normal business, and the overall environment matches its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker PLOTIO exists at the above address.
