Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team visited broker SHKFX in Hong Kong for an on-site inspection. The claimed office address is 28/F, Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, committed to a rigorous and responsible approach, proceeded with the investigation based on the given address.

The surveyors arrived at Lee Garden One, a building located in the core area of Causeway Bay, with a good campus and street environment and a vibrant commercial atmosphere. It houses many high-end office buildings and financial institutions, with excellent supporting facilities. The surveyors were able to clearly photograph the entire building from the outside, but found no signs of SHKFX.

The surveyors successfully entered the lobby of the building, which was high-end and clean, meeting the standards of a Grade-A office building. However, when checking the lobby directory, they couldn't find the name of SHKFX, making it impossible to locate the company's office.

The surveyors went to the 28th floor where they found that the actual occupant was Everbright Securities, instead of SHKFX. There were no logos or indicators of SHKFX within the building. As such, the surveyors couldn't determine the precise office location of SHKFX, and naturally couldn't photograph the reception area and its logo. It was confirmed that the location was not a shared office space, further asserting that SHKFX does not operate from here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it is confirmed that the broker SHKFX doesn't have a physical business presence.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
