Reasons for Field Survey

To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.

Field Survey Process

This issue's field research team traveled to Osaka as planned to visit the brokerage Hibiki. Its publicly listed office address is 2F, Arc Kitahama Building, 1-6-19 Imabashi, Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi 541-0042.

Based on the aforementioned address, the professional field research team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted an on-site inspection in the Imabashi area of Chuo-ku, Osaka.

Upon arrival, the field research team discovered that the "Ark Kitahama Building" mentioned in the public information had been demolished. The location is currently a construction site, and the original office building no longer exists. Therefore, the field research team was unable to capture a full view of the building, enter the supposed lobby, or inspect the signage or company logo.

Since the building had been demolished, the field research team was unable to confirm the specific floor location, enter the company, or photograph the reception desk or its logo. The original corporate campus and streetscape no longer exist.

Therefore, after an on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer Hibiki does not exist at the above address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Hibiki as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
