To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual office situations of forex dealers in this region, we conducted an on-site visit to Dubai, UAE.

Process

This visit went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit of forex broker SEC BULLION. According to public information, its office address is M48 Mezzanine Floor, Gold Land Building, Deira, Dubai PO Box. 71890.

A professional and experienced inspection team, driven by the mission of strictly vetting brokers for investors, traveled to Dubai, UAE according to a well-planned itinerary. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker SEC BULLION, which claimed to be located at M48 Mezzanine Floor, Gold Land Building, Deira, Dubai PO Box. 71890.

The team successfully arrived at Gold Land Building, located in Dubai's old city, surrounded by a bustling core commercial district with a strong business atmosphere. A thorough search of the building's exterior found no company signage or promotional information related to SEC BULLION; only the complete exterior view of the building was captured.

Entering the ground floor lobby of the building, they stated their purpose to the security guards and on-site staff. After simple information registration and communication, they were granted access to the public areas of the building.

After attempting to reach the marked M48 Mezzanine Floor, they searched the entire target area and found no office space for SEC BULLION at all, nor any obvious company signage or security measures. Throughout the process, no corresponding office location for the company was found. They could not capture the company's front desk or its logo, and there was no shared office layout at that location either.

Since no office entrance for the company was found at all, it was impossible to observe the interior environment through glass doors or the front desk area, making it completely impossible to verify whether its claimed office location was true.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker SEC BULLION does not exist at the above publicly indicated address.

Conclusion

Investigators visited the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of forex broker SEC BULLION. At its publicly displayed business address, no relevant information such as the broker's company name was found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business location. Investors should make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
