Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

The survey team visited OZAYAR DOVIZ as planned. Its publicly listed office address is Kocatepe Mh. Şehit Muhtar Cad. No:16/C Taksim – Beyoğlu / İSTANBUL (16/C Şehit Muhtar Street, Kocatepe neighborhood, Taksim, Beyoğlu district, Istanbul, Turkey).

The survey team traveled to the aforementioned address and confirmed their arrival by comparing it with Google Maps. They also captured a panoramic view of the building. However, on-site observation revealed no signage related to the OZAYAR DOVIZ corporate campus. “”Company Campus, Street Environment“” was deemed “”non-existent“” due to the lack of a corresponding office space.

The survey team attempted to enter the building lobby but was denied entry. Further inspection of the surrounding area and the building entrance revealed no signs or logos indicating OZAYAR DOVIZ. On-site verification confirmed that the address was actually a restaurant, with no signs of any financial brokerage-related offices.

Due to a lack of building access, the surveyors were unable to reach the claimed office floor, confirm its specific location, or even photograph the reception desk with the company logo. The “”No Entry“” label for the “”Company Internal Office Environment“” was actually due to the address being a restaurant and not containing any brokerage offices. Furthermore, the address was confirmed not to be a shared office, and information such as the number of rooms and workstations could not be verified.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the brokerage OZAYAR DOVIZ did not exist at the claimed address and that the address information on the survey form was inconsistent.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the OZAYAR DOVIZ as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
