The on-site inspectors successfully arrived at COFCO Building. The location is along Gloucester Road in the core commercial district of Causeway Bay, closely adjacent to multiple commercial complexes and Grade A office buildings. The street environment is bustling, with dense business pedestrian traffic, and a very strong commercial atmosphere. From the exterior of the building, the brand-new and neat building facade can be clearly seen, the building signage is eye-catching, and the overall appearance is clean and imposing.

The on-site inspectors entered the ground-floor lobby of the building, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after a simple visitor registration, successfully obtained entry permission.

After arriving at the target floor, the 17th floor, the on-site inspectors found that COFCO FUTURES INTL's office area has clear corporate signage and is not a shared office. Due to the company's internal visitor management regulations, without an advance appointment, they could not directly enter the internal office area. The on-site inspectors were able to photograph the reception desk and the LOGO at the reception desk. The LOGO is set up inside the building and is completely consistent with public information.

Through the glass door of the office area, the on-site inspectors observed that the internal office area is neatly arranged, employees are in normal working condition, and the overall environment is consistent with the professional positioning of a licensed financial broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that broker COFCO FUTURES INTL exists at the above address.
