Purpose

The UAE forex market is a regional core forex trading market that has gradually developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantage as the Middle East's financial hub, it has gathered a large number of forex dealers operating in the Middle East and North Africa region, with high market activity and prominent cross-border trading characteristics. In order to help investors more comprehensively understand the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the on-site inspection team went to Dubai, UAE to carry out this on-site inspection work.

Process

In this issue, the visiting team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Unicorn FX. According to publicly available information, its office address is 044, Golden Eyes Business Center, Al Muteena 581 (ETA Star House), Al Muteena Area, Deira, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, went to Dubai, UAE in accordance with a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Unicorn FX, which claims to be located at 044, Golden Eyes Business Center, Al Muteena 581 (ETA Star House), Al Muteena Area, Deira, Dubai, UAE.

On-site inspectors successfully arrived at the target building. The location is in Dubai's old city area, a relatively luxurious office building locally. The surrounding overall environment is orderly, and the area has a mature commercial atmosphere.

No company signage or related information associated with Unicorn FX was found outside the building.

The on-site inspectors entered the first-floor lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guards and staff. After the routine registration and communication process, they successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby. The lobby has a complete floor directory, and the directory lists a business center named smart Eyes Business center. By comparing information through Google search, it can be confirmed that this business center is the golden Eyes Business center indicated in the public address. Throughout the directory, no company name signage related to Unicorn FX appeared.

Due to strict security in the building, the on-site inspectors could not go upstairs to the specific target floor, could not confirm the specific office location claimed by the broker, and could not enter the corresponding company's premises. They did not have any opportunity to photograph the company's reception desk or the reception desk logo throughout the process. After information verification, the address corresponds to a shared office-type space.

The on-site inspectors could not enter the upper-floor area of the building, nor could they observe the broker's internal environment, and could not confirm whether it matches its publicly claimed operational positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Unicorn FX does not exist at the above publicly marked address.

Conclusion

As planned, field inspection personnel went to the UAE to conduct an on-site inspection of the forex broker Unicorn FX, and at its publicly disclosed business address they were unable to see the broker's company name or other related information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
