Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker ACU in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is 1/F, 88 Bonham Strand East, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Hong Kong, China, following a well-planned schedule. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the broker ACU.

The field investigator proceeded to the address at 88 Bonham Strand East, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, to conduct an on-site verification of the claimed trader ACU located on the 1st floor.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target small building, which is located in a bustling surrounding with a strong commercial atmosphere. This is a standalone small building, considered quite prestigious by Hong Kong standards. The company's logo on the exterior of the building can be clearly seen from across the street.

The surveyor entered the building and, after explaining their purpose to the security guard, successfully obtained permission to enter.

Upon arriving at the target floor (1st floor), the field investigator found that the office area of ACU had clear signage.

The inspector was able to enter the interior and take photos of the reception area and its logo. This office is not a shared workspace.

Through the reception area, the inspection personnel observed a bustling internal environment of the company, with approximately 2 rooms and around 2 workstations. The overall setting aligns with its claimed positioning. Upon entering, the inspectors located the reception desk and were informed that account opening requires a referral from an acquaintance and is not open to regular clients. They also managed to capture images of the interior.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the broker ACU exists at the above address.

Conclusion
