To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Japan as planned to visit the forex broker ACE SECURITIES. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 2-6-11 Honmachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture.

Dedicated to ensuring stringent investor scrutiny, the professional and experienced field research team followed a meticulously planned visit and conducted an on-site inspection of ACE SECURITIES based on publicly available information, striving to establish the broker's true operating status through on-site observation and verification.

Based on the address information, the field research team headed to the Honmachi area of Chuo-ku, Osaka City. This area is home to numerous securities firms and financial institutions, boasting a bustling streetscape and a vibrant commercial and financial atmosphere. The field research team successfully located the building at the address and completed panoramic photography, capturing a clear view of the building's exterior and the surrounding vibrant environment.

The field research team then entered the building's lobby, which was neatly laid out. After communicating with the on-site staff and explaining their purpose, they were granted permission to remain in the lobby for observation. The inspection team focused on the company signage in the lobby and verified the information of each occupant. They discovered that the building's primary occupant was the Osaka branch of Tokai Tokyo Securities, and found no registration related to ACE SECURITIES.

The inspection team attempted to confirm the specific office location by moving to a floor that appeared to be related to the publicly available information. However, since no company information was found on the signage, and the staff stated they had never heard of ACE SECURITIES, they were unable to obtain information about the target floor and ultimately were unable to reach the specific floor.

During their inspection, the inspection team carefully observed the building inside and outside but found no ACE SECURITIES logo. Unable to confirm the office location, they were unable to photograph the front desk or its logo, and were unable to enter the building. Furthermore, on-site investigation revealed that the building's occupants were primarily formal financial companies, with no shared office space. However, ACE SECURITIES did not occupy office space there.

Considering the lack of registration on the water sign, the staff's lack of knowledge, and the inability to confirm the floor location, it is clear that ACE SECURITIES does not have an office in the building corresponding to the publicly available address. Furthermore, the address does not match the information on the on-site inspection form.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer ACE SECURITIES does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the ACE SECURITIES as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
