Process

The on-site inspection team visited the foreign exchange broker Ortega Capital in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Unit No. 3A - 16, Level 3A, Labuan Times Square, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer Ortega Capital claimed to be located at this address.

The inspector successfully arrived at Labuan Times Square, which is located by the port of Labuan Island. It resembles an office building, with a rather ordinary surrounding environment and a mediocre commercial atmosphere.

No company logo or related information was found on the exterior of the building, but the building's directory was photographed. However, there was no information related to Ortega Capital company on the directory.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and, after stating their purpose to the security guard, was granted entry permission.

However, since the directory board did not contain any relevant company information, it was impossible to determine the specific floor and location, thus failing to reach the target floor to confirm Ortega Capital's office area.

Naturally, it was also impossible to photograph the reception desk and the logo on it, and this office is not a shared workspace.

Since access to the company's interior was not possible, the internal office environment could not be observed, and the overall situation did not align with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer Ortega Capital does not exist at the above address.
