The inspection personnel successfully arrived at COSCO Tower, which is located in the bustling area of Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding environment is prosperous with a strong commercial atmosphere, and the building's exterior is grand and majestic.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After registration, they obtained entry permission. Inside the building, the company logo was found.

Upon arriving at the target floor (36th floor), the field investigator noticed clear signage for CJS's office area. Due to reasons such as lack of prior appointment, the investigator was unable to enter the premises. However, the investigator managed to photograph the reception desk and its logo, confirming that the office is not a shared workspace.

Through the glass door, although it's not possible to observe the company's internal office environment in detail, the overall presence of the company can be confirmed.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker CJS exists at the above address.
