The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Hong Kong Diamond Exchange Building, located on Dudley Street, surrounded by a bustling environment with a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After a brief communication, they obtained permission to enter. There was a directory inside the building, but it showed that the 8th floor was occupied by another company, while the name of the company on the 9th floor had a somewhat similar second word. However, upon further inquiry, it was confirmed that it was not BELLEVUE EQUITY.

Through the corridor, the on-site inspectors naturally could not observe the internal environment of the company and other conditions. Overall, it does not match the positioning it claims to have at this address.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the broker BELLEVUE EQUITY does not exist at the above address.
