Reasons for Field Survey

To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This time, the survey team visited Merchant as planned. Its publicly listed office address is 25/F Charn Issara Tower 1, 942/170-171 Rama IV Road, Suriyawong, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.

The survey team traveled to Rama IV Road in Bangrak, Bangkok (a bustling downtown location) and successfully arrived at Charn Issara Tower 1. The building's exterior is older, and while there is a shopping mall downstairs, the business model is outdated. The survey team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building. While there was no Merchant signage on the exterior, a sign in the lobby clearly indicated the company and the 25th-floor office.

The inspection team was allowed into the lobby and proceeded to the 25th floor. Directional signs were located at the elevator entrance, allowing them to successfully confirm the office's location. They photographed the reception desk with its logo. Upon entering, they observed a well-decorated, clean, and bustling office area. This address is dedicated (not shared) and the scale meets the requirements of a typical financial institution.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that Merchant existed at the stated address, which was identical to the address listed on the inspection form.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited Merchant as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
