A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, proceeded according to a meticulous plan to the COSCO Tower at 183 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker ForexCEC claiming to be located at this address.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at COSCO Tower. The location is on Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information for ForexCEC was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a simple registration, they obtained entry permission.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 14th floor, the inspection personnel found that the directory board indicated this address belonged to other companies, with no clear signage for ForexCEC's office area. Due to reasons such as lack of an appointment, the inspection personnel could not enter the interior, nor could they photograph the reception desk. The office was not a shared workspace.

Through the glass door, as the interior situation could not be seen, the inspection personnel were unable to observe the company's internal environment. No information regarding this broker was found; only other companies were seen, casting doubt on its authenticity.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker ForexCEC does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker's publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but could not find any information such as the broker's company name at the location, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
