The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Tower B of Billion Centre, located in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. No company logos or related information were found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the building lobby and, after stating their purpose to the security personnel, successfully obtained permission to enter. Once inside the building, they could see the company's directory board.
