Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker BayView Brokers in Hong Kong, China as scheduled. According to public information, its office address is Room 1605, Goodview Commercial Centre, 2 - 16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and proceeded to the Ho King Commercial Centre at 2-16 Garden Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the trader BayView Brokers claiming to be located at this address.

The inspector successfully arrived at the Goodview Commercial Center, located on Garden Street in Mong Kok, Kowloon. The surrounding area is bustling and prosperous, with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information about the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication, they obtained permission to enter. The company's information was not listed on the directory inside the building.

Upon arriving at the target floor, the 16th floor, the field investigator found no clear signage for the BayView Brokers office area, nor any relevant security measures. As no information related to the trader could be found on this floor, the investigator was unable to enter the so-called company premises, failed to photograph the reception area or its logo, and noted that the floor was not a shared office space.

Through the common areas of the floor, the on-site inspector naturally could not observe the internal environment of the company and other conditions, concluding that the trader's address is false. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the trader BayView Brokers does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker BayView Brokers in Hong Kong, China as planned, but could not find any information such as the company name at the publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine operational premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
