The site inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building, Empire Heights, which is located in the downtown area of Dubai, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no Vestrado company signage or related information was found outside the building.

The site inspection personnel entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after communication, obtained entry permission.

However, no information about Vestrado was seen on the directory board on the first floor.

The site inspection personnel attempted to go to the target floor. After arriving at the corresponding office on the corresponding floor, they found that vestrado's office area had no obvious signage.
