The on-site inspectors arrived smoothly at Three Pacific Place, which is located in a bustling commercial area with a clean surrounding environment and a strong business atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information of the broker was found outside the building.

The on-site inspectors entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

After arriving at the target floor, 17/F, the on-site inspectors found that the office area of CHINA INVESTMENT had no obvious signage and no security measures. Although they could enter the floor, they were unable to locate the specific office of the broker. After looking around the floor, they found no front desk or logo of the broker, and the floor is not a shared office.

Through the public areas, no information related to the broker's internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities was observed. After arrival, it was confirmed that the address is correct, but no information about the broker was found. Upon inquiry, the security guard informed that the company does not exist, and it was deemed false. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker CHINA INVESTMENT does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey team visited the forex dealer CHINA INVESTMENT in Hong Kong, China as planned, but could not see the dealer's company name or other information at its publicly displayed business address. This indicates that the dealer does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
