The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building, located on Queen's Road East in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is relatively bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After a brief communication, they obtained permission to enter.
