The surrounding environment is very bustling, with an extremely rich commercial atmosphere. It is an ultra-luxury office complex in the center of Dubai. The building exterior is grand and orderly, and its full view is clearly recognizable. No related signage for XTB was found outside the building.

Entering the first-floor lobby of the building, the team stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After information registration and communication, the team successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby.

The first floor of the building has a complete company directory board. The board clearly marks the relevant information of XTB, and the brand's LOGO is set up in the internal area of the building.

When attempting to go to the target floor, the 6th floor, due to the strict security of the building, the team could not obtain access permission to the corresponding floor without an advance company appointment. They were unable to reach the specific floor to confirm the exact office location of XTB, nor could they enter the company's interior, and they could not photograph the front desk or the front desk LOGO. This office space does not belong to a shared office.

Because the internal area could not be accessed, the team was unable to observe the office environment and decoration details inside the company. The internal area is temporarily not open to the public.
