Since the Company’s incorporation its main objective was the provision of financial services. As of 01 May 2020 the Company is a member of Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME).

The Company provides DMA equity and derivatives brokerage services on RTS (Russia), MICEX (Russia) and LSE and the world major exchanges (AMEX, NASDAQ, NYSE, CME/CBOT, Eurex, Euronext, LIFFE, XETRA).

Regulatory Information

According to regulatory information, the broker BrokerCreditService is holding a MM license authorized by CySEC, and its registered address is at: Spyrou Kyprianou＆1 Oktovriou，Kalande，2nd Floor，4004，Limassol. The inspection team went to the said address.

Inspection Process

The inspection team arrived at an office building at Spyrou Kyprianou＆1 Oktovriou. The building is about 2 kilometers away from the famous Seaside Avenue, not far from the cross-city expressway, with an advantageous location and convenient transportation.

The inspection team found the name and logo of BrokerCreditService (BCS) on the signboard on the exterior wall of the building, which shows the company is working at both the 1sr floor and the 2nd floor.

In the lobby, the inspection team also found the nameplate of BrokerCreditService (BCS).

Afterwards, the inspection team went to the broker’s office. As the door was closed, the team failed to enter. However, the team saw the logo of the broker in the office at the 1st floor.

Conclusion
