Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

The survey team as planned went to Hong Kong to visit the broker Minzhong. According to public information, its office address is on the 8th floor of Tianchu Commercial Building, 173-174 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team is responsible for investors and carried out a field check on Minzhong based on the provided address.

Surveyors went to the Wan Chai area in Hong Kong and arrived at the Tianchu Commercial Building. The building is in a high-traffic area and is quite old. The company's campus and street environment are average and the surrounding commercial atmosphere is strong. From outside the building, surveyors could clearly photograph the panorama of the building, but no signs of Minzhong were found.

The surveyors went inside the building lobby, which matches the characteristics of an old commercial building. When looking at the lobby water sign, there was no listing for the name of Minzhong, so they could not get direction to the company's location.

Surveyors went to the 8th floor, and failed to find any information related to Minzhong, neither was there any company logo. Therefore, surveyors could not enter the company's interior and could not take pictures of the front desk and its logo. The place was confirmed to be not a co-working place, further confirming that Minzhong was not actually operating here.

Therefore, after the survey, it was confirmed that the broker Minzhong does not have a real operating place.

Field Survey Summary

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
