Reason for this visit

Last time, the survey team visited the trader Fidelis CM and found that its office had moved away. In order to provide investors with more comprehensive information, the survey team visited the trader’s new office based in Limassol, Cyprus again.

Regulatory Information

According to the regulatory information, the broker Fidelis CM has the MM license issued by CySEC and located at 377 28 OkTovriou, SOBOH HOUSE, 3rd Floor Neapoli, 3107, LiMassol.The survey team thus decided to have an on-site visit to this regulatory address for comfirmation.

Furthermore, the broker also holds a retail foreign exchange licence issued by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC).   

On-site visit

The survey team followed the address on the regulatory information to the SOBOH HOUSE, the office building where the broker Fidelis CM’s office is located in Limassol, Cyprus. 

The survey team went to the aforesaid address and outside the building caught sight of the logo of broker NBH Markets. However, there was no logo of broker Fidelis CM. Later, the team entered the building and came to have a short conversation with reception staff, through which they learned that broker Fideslis CM and NBH Markets were the same company. In addition, they looked around the lobby and found it was lavishly decorated.  

Conclusion

Based on the result of this spot survey, the surveyors confirmed that Fideslis CM’s office did exist. It was learned that broker Fideslis CM and NBH Markets were the same company. They shared the same office but only displayed the logo of broker NBH Markets. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
