A Visit to LH Securities in Thailand – Questionable Authenticity
DangerThailand

Reasons for Field Survey

Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Bangkok as planned to verify the forex broker LH Securities, whose publicly listed office address is 11 Q House Sathorn Building, M Floor, 10 South Sathorn Road, Thungmahamek, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120.

Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of the information for investors, the professional inspection team, after preliminary route planning, accurately located the Q House Sathorn Building at 10 South Sathorn Road and began on-site inspection based on the publicly listed address.

The inspection team successfully arrived at the target building. The building is located in an area with an average corporate campus and street environment, primarily small and medium-sized commercial facilities, creating a moderate business atmosphere. The inspection team successfully captured a full panoramic view of the building from the outside and noticed the LH sign on the facade. However, upon closer inspection, it was found that the sign did not contain the word "Securities," making it impossible to confirm its connection with LH Securities. Instead, they confirmed the presence of an LH-related logo, not the logo of the target broker.

The surveyors subsequently attempted to enter the company lobby for verification, but found the building closed. Neither access control nor security was possible. Without access, they could neither check for LH Securities signage nor obtain floor directions, nor could they confirm the specific office location on the M Floor. Furthermore, they were unable to enter the company's interior or take any photos of the front desk or logo associated with the broker.

Furthermore, after inquiring with surrounding businesses and reviewing exterior building notices, the surveyors found no evidence of LH Securities' presence, making it impossible to confirm whether the brokerage operates on the M Floor. Furthermore, they determined that the building is not a shared office, ruling out the possibility of shared office space.

Thus, the survey concluded that the existence of LH Securities' office space at the address could not be verified, and the conclusion was that it was doubtful.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the LH Securities as planned. The available information is insufficient to confirm the company's actual business location, and its operations remain questionable. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
