They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Step One Markets, which claims to operate at the aforementioned address.

The inspectors attempted to enter the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. However, the security guard informed them that there was no such company and access permission could not be granted.

Looking inside the building, there was no information such as a company directory plate, so the inspectors could not confirm the specific location or gain access to the interior. Due to the inability to enter the building, they could not photograph Step One Markets's office area and reception area. Furthermore, the office area was not a shared workspace.

The inspectors attempted to enter the building lobby, but since it was closed, access permission could not be obtained. Observing through the glass door into the building, they could not see the company's internal office environment.

Therefore, there was no information such as a company directory plate, so the inspectors could not confirm the specific location or gain access to the interior, and could not photograph Step One Markets's office area and reception area. Furthermore, that office area was not a shared workspace.

Upon arrival, they confirmed it was the address, but found no information about the broker, discovered it was closed, and determined it was false.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Step One Markets does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
