The inspection team successfully arrived at TISCO Tower, a purpose-built, high-end office building surrounded by bank headquarters, high-end commercial buildings, and supporting business facilities. The company campus and streetscape exude a vibrant financial and business atmosphere. The inspection team captured a panoramic view of the building's exterior, clearly visible with the distinctive TISCO Securities logo, directly confirming the building's exclusive connection with the brokerage and providing key visual clues to the company's existence.

The inspection team then had no trouble entering the company's lobby, which was exquisitely decorated and luxurious, perfectly matching the designation of a building dedicated to a major financial institution, eliminating the need for additional signage to confirm the institution's ownership. Thanks to effective communication and approval from building management, the surveyors successfully obtained access to the 4th floor and accurately confirmed the exact office location of TISCO Securities, allowing them to enter the building.

Upon entering, the surveyors immediately captured photos of the company's reception desk and logo. The reception desk's minimalist design perfectly complements the bustling office setting, creating a professional and vibrant atmosphere. They also confirmed that the entire TISCO Tower is exclusively for the company's use and not a shared office, ruling out the possibility of a shared office.

Thus, the survey confirmed the existence of TISCO Securities at the aforementioned address.
