Reason for this visit

Recently, investors have called to ask for more exposure of Japanese licensees whose actual addresses are inconsistent with the regulatory addresses. Based on the feedback from investors and the work plan of the survey team, the survey staff are going to visit MONEY SQUARE, a licensed dealer in Japan, to learn more about the actual situation.

On-site visit

Regulatory information shows that the address of the licensed company of MONEY SQUARE in Japan is 40F, 9-7-1 Mittagen Tama, Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo (東京都港区赤坂9-7-1ミッドタウン・タワー40F). The investigators conducted a field visit to this location.

The office of MONEY SQUARE Japan is located in the 248-meter-high Midtown Building, which is very close to Roppongi Station. In the Midtown Building, there are not only offices but also a hospital and many fashionable cafes and restaurants. Because an admission card was required to enter the building, the investigators could only take pictures from the outside, and failed to take pictures of the interior of the building. The investigators also failed to find the dealer's LOGO or other information. No exchange cards were found in the lobby.

Conclusion

The investigators went to Tokyo, Japan to visit the dealer MONEY SQUARE as planned. No logo or other information of the dealer was found on its publicly displayed business address. The dealer’s business address office does not exist. Investors are requested to choose the dealer carefully.
