The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building — MILLENIA TOWER. It is in the heart of Singapore's city center, a landmark office building with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. On the internal directory board of the building, they found information about this company.

As there was no prior appointment, the inspectors were unable to reach the target floor to confirm the specific location, nor could they enter the office area of STARX CAPITAL MARKETS. There was no obvious opportunity to access this office area, and they were unable to photograph the reception area or its logo. Furthermore, this office was not a shared workspace.

Due to the lack of access, the inspectors could not observe the company's internal environment through the lobby area, but the overall situation aligned with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker STARX CAPITAL MARKETS exists at the aforementioned address.
