Field Survey Process

The field survey team planned to visit the broker, BistVizyon, in Hong Kong. According to public information, their office is located at Tsim Sha Tsui Centre in Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Taking a responsible approach towards investors, the professional survey team carried out a field verification of BistVizyon based on the provided address.

The surveyors visited the Tsim Sha Tsui area in Hong Kong and reached the Tsim Sha Tsui Centre. This area, composed of a shopping mall and office buildings on the east and west sides, has a good environment and a strong business atmosphere. While capturing a clear panoramic view of the building, the surveyors found no signs of BistVizyon.

The surveyors smoothly entered the lobby and first visited the eastern office building. A directory was placed in the lobby, but there was no mention of BistVizyon. They then visited the western office building, which lacked a directory, thereby unable to provide any guidance about the location of the company.

Due to the lack of specific floor and room information, the surveyors were unable to reach the particular floor or identify specific locations. Therefore, they could not enter the company or photograph the reception desk or its logo. It was confirmed that this was not a co-working space, and no signs related to BistVizyon were found. Combined with the fact that the company's name was not found previously, this further confirms that the company does not operate here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it has been confirmed that the broker BistVizyon does not have a physical place of business.
