The team successfully arrived at the vicinity of the target building. The location is opposite a bustling street in the city center of Dubai's old town, with heavy foot traffic, dense street-front shops, and a strong overall commercial atmosphere. No company signage or information related to Elliots Bull Market was found outside the building. The team took a complete panoramic photo of the building. From the building's exterior, it can be clearly determined that the building is not a commercial office building; it is a regular apartment building, with no public notice of supporting facilities for external commercial office use.

The team attempted to enter the ground-floor lobby of the building. After stating their purpose to the security guard at the entrance and explaining the situation, they did not obtain entry permission and were unable to enter the building's interior areas.
